How we handle your information
This applies to the VeFlow sign-up pages and to the agreement you accept through them. Last updated 4 September 2026.
Who we are
Davidson & Co, org.nr 938 356 580, Ilevollen 22, 7018 Trondheim, Norway. We are the provider of VeFlow and the controller of the information described here. Email: info@veflowapp.com.
What we collect when you sign up
Your name and work email when you ask for a sign-up link (or, for a demo-offer link we prepare for you after a live demo, your company name and the name and email you gave us). Then your company's registered name, business registration number, registered address, a WhatsApp number if you choose to give one, the number of cars and the plan you choose, your role, and how you'd prefer to pay. When you accept the agreement we also record the date and time, the network address and browser you accepted from, and the exact text you accepted.
Why we collect it
To set up your VeFlow account and to keep a record of the agreement between your company and us. The legal basis is the contract you are entering into (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in being able to show what was agreed, if that is ever questioned (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who else sees it
Google (Firebase), which stores it in the European Union (Belgium); Resend, which delivers our emails; and Vercel, which hosts these pages. Each acts only on our instructions under a written data-processing agreement. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
A sign-up link expires after 14 days (a demo-offer link after 60 days), and a sign-up that is never completed is deleted automatically shortly after its link expires. An accepted agreement is kept for as long as your company is a customer, and afterwards for the period Norwegian bookkeeping law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to restrict how we use it, or to object — email info@veflowapp.com. You may also complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, or to the data-protection authority where you are.
The information you put into VeFlow itself
Once your company uses the app, the data you enter about your rental customers, vehicles and bookings belongs to your company. We process it only on your behalf, under Schedule 3 of the Subscription Agreement.
